Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Google Ads Specialist – E-Commerce to plan, execute, and scale high-performing paid search campaigns for D2C brands. This is a high-ownership role that blends advanced Google Ads strategy, eCommerce growth expertise, and analytical precision.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Dynamic Search Ads) for eCommerce brands with a focus on scaling sales profitably.
  • Conduct deep keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify high-converting opportunities.
  • Build advanced campaign structures (SKAGs, granular ad groups, multi-stage remarketing funnels) to target users throughout the purchase journey.
  • Implement product feed optimizations via Google Merchant Center to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Leverage first-party data, Customer Match lists, and in-market audiences for hyper-targeted campaigns.
  • Continuously A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Monitor campaign metrics daily (Quality Score, impression share, conversion value, ROAS) and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes, beta features, and eCommerce PPC trends to implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for scaling.


You should have:

  • 2+ years of proven experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce/D2C brands.
  • Expertise in Google Merchant Center, GA4, feed management tools, and advanced bid strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling profitable ad spend.
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Shopping, or Display) preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proactive learner who thrives on staying ahead of PPC innovations.
