Google Ads Specialist

Join our mission to help local cleaning businesses with your amazing Google Ads skills! We are a marketing agency that works primarily with local house cleaners and carpet cleaners, helping them scale their cleaning business.  

Position Overview:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in transforming our clients’ businesses through expertly managed Google Ads campaigns. You’ll be leveraging proven keywords, ad copy, and campaign structures - along with AI tools - to make these tasks easier.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Set up Google Ads accounts for new clients
2. Create campaigns, target keywords, utilize negative keywords, write ad copy, and leverage assets (extensions) to boost results
3. Optimize campaigns on a regular basis to improve performance
4. Assist with conversion tracking and analytics integration
5. Assist with reporting & analysis
6. Provide feedback to help guide campaign strategy and budget allocation based on performance benchmarks

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of general marketing principles
2. Google Ads management experience (1 year minimum)
3. Experience with lead generation campaigns (not eCommerce)

In addition to having excellent English skills and consistent internet access, you’ll need to use the applications we list below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

• Google Ads
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Business Profile
• ClickUp (or other task management software)
• Google search
• Gmail 
• Google Docs
• Google Sheets
• Google Calendar
• Communications apps like WhatsApp, Slack, etc
• ChatGPT

Preferred Qualifications:

We are a rapidly growing business, and are looking for someone who can grow with us and take on additional tasks. If you have the following skills, this can help you:

• Google Ads certification
• YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok Ads experience
• Experience working with local business or home services
• Experience with lead generation campaigns

Shift:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. The hours are flexible, but you will be required to have a meeting at 9am (Seattle time) at least twice a week. 

Benefits & Salary:

You’ll qualify for 3 paid vacation leaves and 3 paid sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. 

Salary:  $1500USD/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)

Additional Information:

If accepted, you will be provided with training on our Google Ads best practices, campaign templates, weekly optimization schedule, as well as our internal processes so that you can be successful in this role right away. We’ll also get you certified on Google Ads and Google Analytics so that you can enhance your career.

You’ll be working directly with the Marketing Operations Manager and the CEO. As the business grows, there will be opportunities to move into other roles or become a manager of other Google Ads specialists.
