🔧 What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy optimization, and A/B testing.
• Track and improve CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS performance metrics.
• Set up and manage retargeting, remarketing, and custom audience campaigns.
• Build actionable reports using Google Ads Manager, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to build data-backed ad strategies.
• Continuously optimize budgets for maximum ROI and performance consistency.
  

Who We’re Looking For?

• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Analytics, Keyword Planner, and Tag Manager.
• Hands-on knowledge of Performance Tracking, Retargeting, ROAS, and Conversion Optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data.
• A team player who can communicate strategies effectively and work collaboratively.
• Creative problem solver with an experimental mindset.
  

Bonus Points

• Google Ads Certification (Search / Display / Video / Shopping).
• Experience with YouTube Ads, Lead Generation, or E-commerce Performance Campaigns.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads or other PPC platforms.
