Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns

2)Set up and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

3)Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

4)Optimize campaigns for higher CTR, conversions, and ROI

5)Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads Manager

6)Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

7)Collaborate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and copy

Requirements:

1) Minimum 2 years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads management

2) Strong knowledge of PPC, remarketing, and campaign optimization

3) Google Ads Certification preferred

4) Good analytical and reporting skills

5) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)
