Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Performance Marketer who can manage high-volume lead generation campaigns using advanced retargeting and remarketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating up to 300 leads per day for a single client, and efficiently managing 3–5 such clients simultaneously with a focus on measurable results. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube • Build full-funnel strategies using cold, warm, and hot audience targeting • Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns with high daily lead goals • Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, CVR) and take real-time optimization actions • Manage and scale campaigns to generate consistent daily lead volumes • Work with strategy and content teams to align creatives with performance goals • Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for internal reviews Requirements: • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing • Proven ability to run lead generation campaigns at scale (200–300 leads/day/client) • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Deep understanding of remarketing, lookalike, and custom audiences • Skilled in A/B testing, campaign segmentation, and audience refinement • Able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with performance accountability • Strong analytical mindset and decision-making ability based on live data Bonus Skills: • Familiarity with UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations • Experience in education, real estate, or e-commerce lead gen • Knowledge of landing page optimisation and lead form structures If you thrive in performance-driven environments and can handle multiple high-volume campaigns, we’d love to have you on our team.
