Position- Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve E-commerce Sales. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Create compelling ad copy and design strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing wasted spend. Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance. Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends. Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance performance. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Pmax, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and related tools (e.g., Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Data Studio).
• Proven track record of achieving measurable results and ROI.
• Expertise in campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
