Job Summary:

Digital Azadi is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with performance marketing, and the ability to generate high-quality leads and conversions while maintaining optimal ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Google Ads Campaign Management

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns including:
• Search Ads
• Display Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Performance Max Campaigns
• Remarketing Campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Write compelling ad copies aligned with business and campaign objectives.

2. Performance Optimization & ROI Management

• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
• Improve Quality Score through ad relevance, CTR optimization, and landing page alignment.
• Focus on achieving KPIs such as leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and extensions.

3. Conversion Tracking & Analytics

• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Track funnel performance and identify drop-off points.
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.

4. Strategy & Planning

• Develop paid advertising strategies based on business goals and target audience.
• Align Google Ads strategy with overall digital marketing and sales objectives.
• Recommend new campaign ideas, targeting methods, and ad formats.

5. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Present campaign performance to internal teams and management.
• Coordinate with design, content, and landing page teams for better campaign results.

6. Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure ads comply with Google Ads policies and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and trends.
• Maintain account hygiene and structured campaign architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Google Ads Specialist or Performance Marketer.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and paid marketing strategies.
• Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and keyword tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads Certification (Search / Display / Performance).
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO.
• Familiarity with CRM integration and lead tracking systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
