Google Ads Manager

Location: Dwarka Sector 12, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Preference: Delhi candidates preferred

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Google Ads Specialist to join our team in Dwarka Sector 12. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and reporting of Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives . You will leverage your expertise to maximize ROI, drive relevant traffic, and generate high-quality leads/sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Development:
• Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with client/business goals, including keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
• Structure and set up new Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video (YouTube), and Shopping.
• Campaign Management & Optimization:
• Daily monitoring, analysis, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to improve performance against key KPIs (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Impression Share).
• Manage bids and budgets effectively to ensure campaigns stay within allocated spending and achieve desired results.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Identify and implement negative keywords to reduce irrelevant traffic and improve ad relevance.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track campaign performance, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular, detailed performance reports for clients/stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future recommendations.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they interact with PPC.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
