Google Ads Manager

As a Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive measurable business results across multiple industries and verticals. With 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts, you will strategize, execute, and scale paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max platforms. - Manage budgets ranging between $40K+ per month, conducting deep-dive data analysis and reporting to drive decision making and continuous optimization. - Develop and test new campaign strategies, creatives, and bidding tactics to maximize conversions and minimize CPA. - Collaborate closely with internal teams such as SEO, design, and content for cohesive campaigns. - Stay current with Google Ads innovations, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. - Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and attribution modeling. - Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 4-5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with large budgets. - Expertise in handling a monthly spend of $30,000 - $40,000. - Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics & Data Studio. - Experience across all Google Ads types including Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max. - Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. - Strong communication and project management abilities. - Google Ads Certification (preferred). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
