🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run

  high-performing Google Ads campaigns

  (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max).
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

• Create compelling ad copies that match user intent.

• Continuously optimize campaigns for

  lower CPL, higher CTR, better Quality Score

  .

• Set up and track conversions using

  GA4, GTM, Events, and Call Tracking

  .

• Monitor daily performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Improve campaign structure, bidding strategies, and landing page relevance.

• Coordinate with designers/developers for landing page improvements.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, proven experience in

  Google Ads lead generation campaigns

  .
• Deep understanding of

  CPL optimization, Quality Score, CTR, and bidding strategies

  .
• Experience setting up

  Search, Display, Retargeting, and PMax campaigns

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking, UTM setup

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make strategic optimizations.
• Basic understanding of landing page optimization (CRO).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results consistently.
