We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Expert who can plan, create, optimize, and scale profitable ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Lead Generation, Search Ads, Conversion Optimization , and the ability to bring high-quality leads at a low CPL. A strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion-focused strategy is a big advantage. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Plan and run high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max). Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Create compelling ad copies that match user intent. Continuously optimize campaigns for lower CPL, higher CTR, better Quality Score . Set up and track conversions using GA4, GTM, Events, and Call Tracking . Monitor daily performance and make data-driven decisions. Improve campaign structure, bidding strategies, and landing page relevance. Coordinate with designers/developers for landing page improvements. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. 🎯 Requirements Strong, proven experience in Google Ads lead generation campaigns . Deep understanding of CPL optimization, Quality Score, CTR, and bidding strategies . Experience setting up Search, Display, Retargeting, and PMax campaigns .
