Google Ads Expert

Position: Google Ads Expert Location: On-site | Full-Time We’re on the hunt for a Google Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns that deliver real results for our clients. As part of our performance marketing team, you’ll lead strategy and execution across Google Ads and collaborate across departments to ensure campaigns are creative, data-driven, and conversion-focused. Key Responsibilities Strategize, launch, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize targeting and reach. Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers for high-performing creative assets. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages to increase efficiency and conversion rates. Analyze data and produce clear reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio). Manage budgets and bids to maximize returns within client constraints. Stay up to date with the latest features, trends, and changes in the Google Ads ecosystem. Communicate performance insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). Proven track record of improving CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Preferred: Experience managing PPC campaigns for real estate clients . Experience with Bing Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
