In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum impact in traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI). Key Responsibilities: Strategize, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, P.Max, YouTube, and Shopping Oversee Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and additional PPC channels Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid optimization Set up and track conversion events using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and provide data-driven insights Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and creatives to improve results Compile weekly & monthly reports with actionable insights for campaign improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media Qualifications & Skills: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Looker Studio, and HubSpot Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics for tracking and reporting Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights effectively Knowledge of SEM strategies and best practices Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Google Ads certification is a plus Show more Show less
