Google Ads Expert (US Dental Oriented)



Position: Google Ads Expert (US Dental Oriented)

Location: Remote





Position Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Google Ads Expert (US Dental Oriented) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, specifically in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.





Key Responsibilities




1. Strategy & Campaign Management



  • Develop, implement, and optimize high-converting Google Ads campaigns for US dental practices (general dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, etc.).
  • Manage Local Service Ads (LSAs), Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and patient acquisition.




2. Keyword & Audience Targeting



  • Conduct dental-specific keyword research (e.g., “emergency dentist near me,” “teeth whitening cost,” “dental implants”).
  • Leverage custom intent audiences and affinity segments (e.g., targeting high-income patients for cosmetic dentistry).




3. Ad Copy & Compliance



  • Craft HIPAA-compliant ad copy and ensure adherence to Google’s healthcare advertising policies.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, extensions (call, location, sitelink), and responsive search ads (RSAs).




4. Landing Page & Conversion Optimization



  • Collaborate with designers to optimize dental landing pages for conversions (e.g., appointment forms, call tracking, trust signals like reviews).
  • Implement offline conversion tracking (e.g., calls, booked appointments) to measure ROI accurately.




5. Budget & Bidding Strategies



  • Manage high-CPC budgets (dental keywords often exceed $50/click) using smart bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS).
  • Allocate spend across campaigns to maximize patient leads at target CPA.




6. Performance Analysis & Reporting



  • Monitor KPIs like CPA, ROAS, call conversion rates, and appointment volume.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for dental clients.




7. Team Leadership (if applicable)



  • Train and mentor junior PPC specialists on dental campaign best practices.
  • Standardize processes for scaling campaigns across multiple dental clients.




8. Industry Trends & Tools



  • Stay updated on dental marketing trends (e.g., denture ads vs. Invisalign ads).
  • Use tools like CallRail, Google Ads Scripts, and CRMs for automation and tracking.






Requirements



  • 7–8+ years managing Google Ads (preferred: 3+ years in US dental marketing).
  • Proven success in dental PPC (case studies with CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics).
  • Expertise in Local Service Ads (LSAs), HIPAA-compliant ad strategies, and call tracking.
  • Strong Google Ads Scripts & automation experience.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner.
  • Experience leading a PPC team, training juniors, and optimizing workflows.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Measurement).
  • Ability to work US hours (if required) and handle multiple dental clients.






Work Shift



  • 1 PM – 10 PM IST (Flexible, might change based on business needs).
