Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pondicherry, Cuddalore,Panruti,Vadalur, Virudhachalam for a Gold Loan Officer. Responsibilities include handling gold loan disbursement and repayment operations, performing gold appraisals and evaluations, assisting customers with queries, maintaining accurate documentation and records, ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines, and meeting customer service and sales targets for gold loan products.

Qualifications

Proficiency in evaluating, processing, and managing gold loan disbursement and repayments
Strong customer service and communication skills to assist clients and resolve queries
Ability to adhere to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation
Sales and marketing skills to achieve gold loan targets and promote bank services
Experience in financial services or banking operations is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required
