Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer located in Chennai. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, processing, and approving gold loan applications. Daily tasks include assessing the value of gold jewelry, maintaining records, verifying customer documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves managing customer relationships, providing excellent service, and achieving branch loan targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of gold valuation and loan processing
• Customer relationship management and service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet branch loan targets
• Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
