Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer at Axis Bank Limited, located in Naraingarh. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for processing gold loan applications, evaluating gold jewelry, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Day-to-day tasks include verifying customer documentation, providing loan disbursements, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The officer will also be expected to promote gold loan products to potential customers and achieve sales targets.
