Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer located in Rayavaram. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for processing gold loan applications, verifying customer documents, assessing the value of gold, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, maintaining accurate records, providing excellent customer service, and achieving branch targets for gold loans. The role also involves promoting gold loan products and services to potential customers.

Qualifications

Experience in processing and managing gold loan applications
Ability to assess the value and authenticity of gold
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
