Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for leveraging your in-depth S/4 HANA platform experience across functions such as Supply Chain & Operation and Finance, with expertise in one or multiple industries under Resources/Products/CMT. You will be expected to have extensive experience in SAP Platform Pre-Sales, including solutioning and orchestrating RFP/Proposals in various capacities like Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert. Furthermore, you must possess proven client-facing skills to set client discussion narratives with all levels of client business participants. From a delivery perspective, you should have experience in executing and managing complex SAP transformation engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate industry focus through deep knowledge and expertise in one or more related industries like Resources (Energy/Utilities/Chemicals) and Manufacturing (Automotive/Life Science/Consumer Goods/Retail/High-Tech/Software/Semi-Conductors) - Possess deep functional expertise across all functions such as Finance, Cost accounting, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, logistics, and sales - Lead design workshops with clients, gather requirements, conduct solution design and gap analysis in S4 HANA - Manage project risks, plan, and budget while working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Create and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients - Develop cutting edge Point of View (POV) on SAP led transformations and build assets to drive additional business in S4 HANA Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school - Minimum 10+ years of experience - Proven experience as an end-to-end SAP Solution/Functional Architect for at least 4-5 Request for Proposal (RFP) requests - Strong analytical and writing skills to build viewpoints on industry trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to travel on short notice (Note: The additional details of the company were not explicitly mentioned in the provided job description.),
