Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new K-12 schools through strategic lead generation, campaigns, and networking.
• Conduct due diligence and evaluate potential franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards.
• Prepare

  Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)

  ,

  Catchment Analysis

  , and

  Feasibility Studies

  for proposed school locations.
• Conduct regular school visits to monitor academic and operational quality.
• Plan and coordinate

  marketing initiatives

  to enhance school visibility and drive admissions.
• Supervise marketing events, promotions, and engagement activities.
• Serve as a key liaison between schools and the corporate office for operational coordination.
• Implement and execute

  growth strategies

  for new and existing schools.
• Ensure effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of school services in line with organizational standards.

• Strong

  of experience in

  franchise sales

• Proven ability to

• Fair understanding of

  CBSE/ICSE compliance

• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel
