Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

    Manage the GM's complex calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle all incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, reports) with exceptional discretion.
  • Document Management:

    Prepare, format, and edit confidential documents, presentations, financial reports, and internal memorandums, ensuring accuracy and professional quality.
  • Meeting Coordination:

    Organize, prepare materials for, and attend key meetings (e.g., Executive Committee, Owners meetings), taking accurate

    minutes

    and tracking action items for follow-up.
  • Communication Hub:

    Act as the filter and central point of communication for the GM, screening calls, directing inquiries, and relaying important information promptly and accurately to the relevant department heads.
  • Office Management:

    Maintain the organization and filing system (both physical and digital) for the GM's office, ensuring strict

    confidentiality

    of all documents.
  • Guest & VIP Handling:

    Assist in coordinating arrival and welcome procedures for VIP guests, corporate visitors, and owners, ensuring a seamless experience.
