CTC :- 7 to 15 lacs ( depends on relevant Experience)

A)ELIGIBLITY :-

1) Sound knowledge of Low Voltage security products especially CCTV ,Fire Fighting ,intrusion and access control System. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge on Fire Suppression system / Fire Detection / WLD / Vesda etc

2) Must have experience in {Project Sales and Management ).

B) KRAs:-

1) He /She should be able to achieve assigned Sales targets and collection on monthly basis. Should be self-driven personality.

2) Demonstrated experience in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of a region, encompassing billing and collections, is essential. ( P & L experience not required for Sales Manager)

3) He /She should be able to interact with Decision makers .

4) Candidates must have B2B exposure across various verticals, including BFSI, retail, pharmaceuticals, warehousing, Hospitality, Oil & Energy , Manufacturing verticals , Architects/Consultants etc

5) Should have capability to explore new avenues for Sales to achieve his target .

6)Must be able to gather MIS from the market and plan accordingly to enhance business in assigned territory..

7) Should have excellent communication skills , both written and spoken .

8) Must be able to understand the competition .

9) Must be able to co-ordinate with Service, SCM and other functional team.

10) Preference will be given to candidates holding an Engineering degree.

11) Candidates should possess established industry contacts to facilitate rapid new business development.

12) Proficiency in technology solutions relevant to the aforementioned industries is mandatory, along with the ability to develop required proposals that surpass client expectations.
