Ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and expansion of scaleban solutions in various industries in the region. This role involves strategic planning, robust market analysis, and the execution of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the capital goods industry, B2B with deep expertise in the field of wastewater management.
• Bachelor's in Engineering plus an MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute.
• Over 15 years of professional experience in industrial water and wastewater sales and marketing.
• The candidate should possess strong effective presentation delivery skills.
• Proven experience of business development in the field of wastewater management/ Capital goods industry, preferably with a focus on Zero Liquid Discharge solutions in industrial segments like Chemical, Pharmaceutical (API), Power Plant, Integrated Steel Plant, Fertilizers and Ethanol plants with strong knowledge of wastewater treatment/ZLD technologies/ETP.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Candidates should have confidence in meeting with senior management in various industries.
• Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and understand target markets. Develop a comprehensive sales plan and team of strong technical sales managers to achieve business growth and market penetration.
• Sales Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring a high conversion rate. • Client Relationship Management: Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long term relationships. • Collaboration & Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, decision-makers, channel partners to enhance business opportunities and partnerships. • Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek innovative solutions and improvements in business practices to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Ability to generate independent leads and make sales pitches to the top-level management.
