General Manager – Quality (Woven)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the

  entire quality control and assurance function for woven garments.

• Ensure 100% adherence to

  global buyer standards, quality manuals, and SOPs

• Implement

  robust quality systems and defect prevention strategies

• Analyze root causes of quality deviations

  and implement preventive measures.

• Train, coach, and develop

  the quality team to uphold high-performance standards.
• Liaise with production, merchandising, and technical teams for smooth execution.
• Engage in regular buyer audits and ensure high AQL pass rates across styles.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of quality experience in woven apparel, with a strong background in

  denim or woven garments (minimum 75%)

• Minimum

  5 years in a senior managerial or GM-level

  quality leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of woven garment construction, finishing, and global quality benchmarks.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and buyer handling experience.
