  senior operator

  who can take the chaos and turn it into a well-oiled, scalable machine.

Your Role:

Head of Operations

• Lead the entire Ops + Service vertical

  — fleet management, on-ground teams, client servicing, SLAs, installation, and maintenance
• Build and manage a

  high-performance service team

  across regions
• Work with sales to ensure

  flawless delivery + installation

• Cut ops

  costs without compromising quality

• Reduce service complaints

  and improve turnaround time
• Run lean, smart: optimize manpower, processes, spares, and uptime
• Be the

  bridge to clients

  — solve issues, build trust, upsell organically
• Build scalable SOPs and dashboards (and use them)
• Get field feedback, report numbers, and always

  act fast

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 15–20 years experience in operations or service-heavy businesses
• Minimum 5 years in

  cold chain

  , ideally containers, chillers, or reefer fleet
• Proven team leadership — including

  field/service teams

• Strong grip on

  cost control, preventive maintenance, and uptime

• Comfortable in

  client meetings, service escalations, and field ops

• Data-driven but field-smart — knows what actually works on-ground

Bonus:

• Experience in

  container leasing, rentals, or cold storage installation

• Exposure to

  IoT tracking

  , service ticketing systems, or ERP tools
• Knowledge of

  compliance

  — FSSAI, HACCP, ISO containers
