Job Description

Qualification:

Experience:

1. Uptime, Reliability & Performance

Drive preventive/predictive/RtM maintenance, conduct RCA, improve OEE/MTTR/MTBF, ensure strong documentation, and execute condition monitoring and health checks.

2. Maintenance Execution & Service Delivery

Ensure timely shutdowns/overhauls, align with Production/QC/Projects, and deliver customer-centric engineering support.

3. CAPEX/REVEX & Cost Optimization

Manage maintenance budgets, lead mechanical CAPEX projects, standardize spares, optimize inventory, and enhance SAP-based planning.

4. Safety & Statutory Compliance

Promote Zero-Accident culture, enforce safety SOPs/permits/PPE, complete statutory inspections, and lead safety & energy audits.

5. Environment & Sustainability

Ensure uptime of pollution control systems, support audits, improve equipment MOC/design, and promote good housekeeping.

6. Quality & Engineering Excellence

Apply advanced NDT/Reliability tools, introduce modern maintenance technologies, and strengthen engineering discipline and workmanship.

7. People Leadership

Build team capability through training, job rotation, mentoring, and fostering ownership, accountability, and engagement.

8. Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction

Drive CI projects, reduce breakdowns, optimize spares, and lead cost-saving and import-substitution initiatives.

9. Compliance & Ethical Governance

Ensure adherence to statutory norms, audits, ESG requirements, and uphold high standards of ethics and integrity.
