Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager of Manufacturing Operations located in Noida. The position involves overseeing and managing production planning and end-to-end manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, achieving operational excellence, optimizing production schedules, managing budgets, and driving the overall performance of manufacturing units. The role also requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations to efficiently manage production schedules and workflows.
• Strong skills in Operations Management and Operational Excellence to drive process improvements and ensure smooth performance.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management to optimize financial performance and cost-efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation tools is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and demanding production environment.
