GM IT - SAP S/4 HANA

SAP S/4 HANA - Logistics (MM / SD or PP/QM ) – Primary

Key Applications:

• SAP (S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, BTP, Signavio, Fiori)
• SAP SAC and Datasphere
• Dashboards-Tableau, PowerBI
• Supply Chain, across Procurement, Demand, Forecasting and Supply Planning

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP Logistics (MM / SD or PP/QM) modules within the S/4HANA program.
2. Support integration with SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, SAP SAC and other digital transformation initiatives including user roles & authorization.
3. Lead, mentor and manage a team of 5-6 SAP consultants across functional / technical tracks.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions meet functional and operational requirements. Ensure effective change management, training, and knowledge transfer to business users.
5. Act as Glenmark PMO lead for the SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Global Implementation project. Work closely with the Program Manager to define project governance, structure, and execution strategy.

Liaise with internal and external Project Managers to ensure alignment on timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies.

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in SAP implementation and IT project management.
• Exposure to SAP Signavio (process mining & business process transformation) and SAP BTP (integration & extensions) will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to technical builds across SAP SAC and Datasphere
• Strong background, Primary as SAP Functional Consultant (MM/SD and or PP/QM) with hands-on SAP S/4HANA project implementation experience.

Proven experience in managing multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects in both functional / technical and leadership roles preferred.
