Role Purpose -

Key Responsibilities

Achieve the states revenue targets; guide and enable teams to consistently deliver results.
Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across categories, regions, and client segments.
Continuously strengthen DBs market share thru new initiatives and innovations.

Client & Market Leadership

Build strong, strategic relationships with leading clients
Translate their brand needs into
creative, high-impact
solutions.
Maintain a strong market presence to reinforce DBs
leadership & trust advantage
.

Strategy, Planning & Execution

Deeply analyse performance metrics to identify revenue gaps and build corrective action plans.
Identify Big Days / Big Events / Local Cultural Milestones” and monetize them aggressively.
Create and scale new revenue formats, commercial ideas, and bundled offerings.

Team Leadership & Performance

Lead, mentor, and develop the state sales team, reinforcing
high discipline & accountability
.
Coach and guide team to help them achieve their revenue targets
Run structured reviews (weekly / monthly) focused on funnel health and closure management.
Ensure collaboration across functions to drive outcomes.

Governance & Reporting

Maintain transparent reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Optimize state-level sales processes and operational controls.
