Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager (GM) - Accounts & Finance, located in Gurugram. The GM will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, overseeing the finance and accounts departments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and managing audits. The GM will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Expertise in managing Audits and ensuring Regulatory Compliance
• Proficiency in Accounting Practices, Taxation, and Internal Controls
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop finance and accounts teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in an on-site work environment
• Experience in the natural resources industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CPA/CMA certification is preferred
