Primary Function: The Global Services Commercial Strategy and Marketing team is responsible for formulating the global services go-to-market and commercial strategy, as well as driving growth through demand generation engines, digital marketing programs, value proposition development, market intel, and global marketing trainings. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support digital marketing automation initiatives, contribute to customer value messaging, and provide insights that shape commercial, country trainings and go-to-market strategies. Main Responsibilities include: 1-Value Proposition Collaborate with MarCom, product, sales teams to support articulation and refinement of value propositions for service across offers, market segments, and strategic priorities Leverage value propositions for developing battle cards for non-sales profiles in the field to generate opportunities 2-Market Intelligence Research Collect, analyze, and disseminate market and competitor intelligence relevant to commercial activities (e.g., customer buying behaviors, pain points etc.) Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform commercial initiatives (e.g., GTM strategies, business innovation, pricing). Prepare and present actionable market intelligence reports to stakeholders Maintain internal databases and contribute to reports that inform commercial planning and decision-making. Coordinate with Strategy and LoB teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of market insights. 3-Trainings Manage Global Services Marketing training programs for country marketing and sales teams on services marketing strategy, best practices, tools, processes. Assess training needs and work with training team to create learning materials, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. 4-Digital Marketing Commercial Automation Focus on sales and marketing automation strategy to optimize lead management, campaign execution, and customer engagement (e.g., digitalization of quotation, personalized emails to customers during touchpoints to upsell / cross-sell etc.) Support with development of yearly roadmaps for digital marketing adoption and deployment. Collaborate with Line of Business (LoB), SE Digital team Track report performance; adjust based on learnings Qualifications o Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; engineering knowledge or experience is a plus o Experience in digital marketing, sales automation, or marketing operations. o Strong understanding of digital tools and processes related to customer engagement and campaign execution. o Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing tools, and performance analytics. o Ability to develop messaging and content that communicates value to different customer personas. o Interest in market and customer research with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable outcomes. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration mindset. o Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities in a global environment. o A global perspective with sensitivity to different cultures and business environments.
