Global Sales Support Analyst - Commercial Logistics

As a Process Documentation Specialist, your role involves creating and maintaining a framework for process documentation to support alignment across functions and capabilities. You will ensure compliance to processes across all regions and capabilities while bringing in best practices to enhance process efficiency. Your responsibilities will include supporting super users and end users on processes and systems, providing assistance to new users, and identifying system enhancement needs as regions evolve. Key Responsibilities: - Support super users & end users on process and systems for refreshers and new features - Provide support to new users as business expands and new team members join - Identify system enhancement needs as regions evolve - Engage with the global commercial team to design, deploy, and support cross-capability services - Document new processes across functions at a global level - Collaborate with the tech development team to design, develop, and deploy changes - Work with vertical leads and commercial heads to implement more efficient processes - Create dashboards for performance monitoring and periodic review - Generate customized reports - Improve data quality in commercial systems - Ensure good adoption of applications like CRM and quote module - Improve adherence to sales processes Qualifications Required: - Post-graduation with 5-10 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry - Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Good knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI - Experience in commercial support function for a logistics organization - Knowledge of market trends, consumer trends, and competitive environment - Knowledge of Macros and Lean/Six Sigma certification would be advantageous - Experience in managing large-scale organizational change in culture, management systems, and technology deployment,
