Job Description

As a Process Documentation Specialist, your role is crucial in creating and maintaining a framework for process documentation to ensure alignment across functions and capabilities. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting super users and end users on processes and systems for refreshers and new features - Providing support to new users as the business expands and new team members join - Identifying system enhancement needs as regions evolve and their needs change - Designing, deploying, and supporting cross-capability services in collaboration with the Global Commercial Team - Documenting new processes across functions at a global level as service offerings expand - Engaging with the tech development team to design, develop, and deploy necessary changes - Helping end users and super users resolve any issues regarding new processes, existing features, or any exceptions Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality and process compliance by: - Managing and monitoring the quality of data fed into systems such as customer mapping, lead, opportunity, workflows, contract modules, exceptions, and complaint modules - Working with the MDM team to support regular data cleansing - Aligning customer data across operations, finance, and commercial functions - Generating aging reports for various parameters and collaborating with end users to resolve issues - Supporting any data cleansing activities within the systems used by commercial end users Your role will also involve continuous improvement efforts, such as: - Collaborating with vertical leads and commercial heads to identify and implement more efficient processes - Engaging with commercial end users to simplify processes - Eliminating unnecessary handovers and manual interventions by working with other functional teams - Sharing best practices across regions and capabilities - Creating a culture of best practice adoption In terms of reporting and analytics, you will be responsible for: - Creating dashboards for performance monitoring and periodic review - Generating customized reports - Developing customer-specific dashboards Key Deliverables: - Data quality improvement in commercial systems - Good adoption of applications like CRM and quote modules - Improved adherence to sales processes Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: - Education & Experience: Post-graduation with 5-10 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry - Skills: - Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders - Good knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI with experience in creating dashboards - Desirable experience in commercial support function for a logistics organization - Knowledge of best practices, market trends, consumer trends, and the competitive environment for sales vertical - Knowledge of macros would be an added advantage - Lean/Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage - Experience in managing large-scale organizational change in culture, management systems, and technology deployment,
