The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and leading outbound outreach efforts for custom software development, AI solutions, and IT staffing services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new clients in the

  US & Canada region

• Build a strong pipeline through email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and partnerships
• Lead the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the delivery team to propose the right solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance
• Maintain strong industry awareness, market research, and competitive intelligence
• Represent Aquarious in international discussions, demos, and client presentations

Qualifications

• 5–10 years

  of proven experience in

  IT services outbound sales

• Demonstrated success in selling

  software development, digital transformation, AI, or IT staffing services

• Strong understanding of the business landscape in

  US & Canada

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to independently generate leads and close high-value deals
• Experience working with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines
• Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
