Job Description

As a Global Process Manager at Novo Nordisk, your role will involve supporting internal communications by writing Articles on key events and project updates via intranet and content emails. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing presentations for Management and team, including slide development and updates, chart drawing, and updates. You will need to write, research, and develop content, design visuals, execute multimedia, and produce presentations. It is crucial to demonstrate a strategic and systematic decision-making approach to effectively communicate data through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will also include preparing project plans, tracking project milestones, and owning end-to-end responsibility for the projects. Strong project management skills are essential to resolve multiple dependencies from different teams spread across various geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Support internal communications through Articles and project updates - Develop presentations for Management and team - Write, research, and develop content - Demonstrate a strategic decision-making approach to communication - Prepare project plans, track milestones, and own end-to-end responsibility - Manage project dependencies from teams across different geographies - Create and maintain close partnerships with relevant stakeholders Qualifications: - MBA + Bachelors degree from recognized university (or equivalent) - Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop and CorelDRAW preferred - PMP or similar project management training - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in this area - 12-14 years of experience in the analytics domain - Experience in an International work environment - Strong project management skills and experience - Proven track record in supporting operational excellence, process efficiency, Lean projects, and experience with ERP systems (SAP) - Self-driven with a desire to influence - Strong stakeholder and change management skills - Excellent communication skills in English Apply Now to be a part of this life-changing journey with Novo Nordisk!,
