Global Process Lead, Compute

Role Overview: As a Trust & Safety team member at Google, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing significant challenges that affect the safety and integrity of Google products. You will utilize your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to safeguard users and partners from abuse across various Google products. Your role will involve collaborating with Google engineers and product managers globally to identify and combat abuse and fraud cases promptly, while upholding the highest standards of user safety and trust. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and significant organizational implications, adapting to changing circumstances effectively. - Identify opportunities for automation and operational excellence within processes to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with Content and AI Policy leads to implement programs, manage risks proactively, and develop roadmaps for adoption across teams. - Partner with regional operations teams to drive operational excellence in the support process, promoting internal consults and process ownership. - Conduct detailed root cause analysis for known issues and obstacles, taking proactive measures to prevent future occurrences. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields. - 3 years of experience in process improvement. - 3 years of experience in automations. - Master's or PhD or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in Trust and Safety or developer relations, customer support. - Experience working on executive escalations and remediations. - Experience working with Global distributed teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
