Role Overview

Global Pricing & Procurement Analyst


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all pre-sales pricing activities including quotations, proposals, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
  • Source and negotiate with global ISPs, carriers, and vendors to procure data services (DIA, Broadband, 3G/4G/5G, Ethernet, SD-WAN/WAN equipment).
  • Own the quotation process within Salesforce CPQ, ensuring timely, competitive, and accurate submissions.
  • Engage with customers as the first point of contact for pricing and solution inquiries.
  • Manage vendor relationships throughout the procurement lifecycle, ensuring service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Analyze market pricing trends globally to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Support sales in maximizing opportunities to win new business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, and Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate supplier data, including pricing, SLAs, and service descriptions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms to optimize cost savings, bundled deals, and service efficiencies.
  • Proactively update and manage 3rd party costs in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, and SLAs, recommending process improvements where needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, procurement, or pre-sales within the telecom, VNO, or managed services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a global supplier base.
  • Familiarity with connectivity solutions (DIA, Broadband, Ethernet, SD-WAN, etc.).
  • Experience using Salesforce CPQ or similar Configure-Price-Quote tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
