Job Description

Urgent Opening | Global Operations (Humanitarian Logistics)

Industry:

About the Role:

international humanitarian shipments

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute
end-to-end international air/sea shipments
for humanitarian and relief projects.
Coordinate with global offices, airlines, shipping lines, and clients for seamless operations.
Handle
documentation, booking, tracking, and issue resolution
for cross-trade shipments.
Ensure
compliance with donor and humanitarian logistics requirements
(UN, UNICEF, WHO, etc.).
Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and visibility for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

48 years of experience in
freight forwarding / international logistics
operations.
Prior experience with
humanitarian, NGO, or aid/relief cargo
is
highly preferred
.
Strong understanding of
global trade processes, compliance, and documentation
.
Hands-on experience with
CargoWise (CW1)
preferred; exposure to systems like
SAP, BluJay, or other freight ERPs
is an advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
