Global Mobility Specialist

Role Overview: As a global organization with a presence in more than 50 countries, WSP is seeking global mobility specialists in Noida / Bangalore, India to support talent mobility across geographies. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse colleagues worldwide and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for international assignees. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate cross-border employee moves, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions. - Prepare and review cost estimates, offer summaries, and assignment-related documents. - Conduct basic walkthroughs of assignment terms and conditions for employees, supporting senior team members in policy explanations. - Initiate services with external partners and ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Maintain regular contact with employees, guide them through key milestones, and address questions promptly. - Apply established mobility policies and procedures to day-to-day cases, adapting as needed. - Maintain up-to-date records in HR and vendor systems and prepare reports for key stakeholders. - Monitor compliance-related items such as visa expiries, tax filings, and social security documentation. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, or related roles. - Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in a global capability center or in-house mobility function is advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels. - Working knowledge of HR systems and vendor platforms. - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple cases effectively. - Analytical skills to share key trends and findings with management. - Passion for delivering a positive employee experience and clear communication. - Detail-oriented with a broader understanding of mobility cases. - Professional, service-minded, and confident in interactions with stakeholders. - Ability to escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with senior colleagues.,
