Job Description

As a Global Mobility Operations Specialist at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in handling immigration and relocation assignments across the globe/region/countries. Your responsibilities will include performing sole contributor roles, supporting Transaction Excellence, and managing vendors involved in the global mobility process. You will work closely with Line Managers and assignees through various assignment life cycle stages, such as planning, pre-assignment, during assignment, and end of assignment with extensions/repatriation or localization. Additionally, you will prepare reports, manage functional emails/queries on case management tools, and provide HR tools help to managers and employees. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end global mobility operations, including writing emails, reverting to phone calls, and giving input to internal teams for data management - Handle immigration and relocation assignments across the globe/region/countries - Work with Line Manager and assignee through the assignment life cycle - Manage vendors involved in the global mobility process - Prepare reports and related tasks of data, manage functional emails/queries on case management tools - Provide HR tools help to managers and employees; HR policy guidance and interpretation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree possibly with MBA, 8+ years of experience - Good knowledge of HR policies, processes, and tools - Experience in handling Global Mobility processes/HR operations - Strong team player in a virtual working environment and culturally sensitive - Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills - Understanding of international taxation and Expat compensation management is a plus - Service mentality and excellent customer orientation skills are desirable About Nokia: Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed, and cloud networks.
