Role Overview: As a Finance Professional in the Customer & Project Controlling (CPC) team at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in driving market, customer, and project financial performance. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining projects in the ERP system, providing decision support to sales and project teams, ensuring project adherence to Revenue Recognition Board decisions, monitoring project balance sheets, and contributing to order backlog verification. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and maintain projects in the ERP system - Support Project Manager/Project Management organization with accounting impacts in project actuals and forecast - Assess changes in accounting treatment of projects in execution phase and prepare material for approval - Ensure project adherence to Revenue Recognition Board decisions - Correctly report sales, cost, and balance sheet items for assigned projects - Monitor and control project balance sheet and perform Netting exercise - Contribute to order backlog verification for assigned project(s) - Ensure compliance with Nokia accounting principles, reporting guidelines, processes, tools, and internal controls within the project - Provide information to internal and external auditors on project financials Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in finance, Economics, or related discipline with at least 4-5 years of professional experience in Controlling at an international company (Telecommunication industry advantage) - Good skills in ERP, IFRS, and RRB policy - Experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning, and Forecasting - Additional preferred skills in Finance Tools & Processes and Critical Thinking Company Details: Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership in mobile, fixed, and cloud networks.
