Role Overview: As a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer for an interdepartmental digitization project in the public sector, your primary responsibility will be to gather, model, and document functional and non-functional requirements. You will serve as the central interface between various stakeholders, including specialist departments, product managers, and the development team. Your role will involve supporting projects throughout the entire requirements lifecycle, from analysis to quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to identify and implement solutions - Create user stories and requirements following established standards and best practices such as IREB - Model and describe requirements using standardized methods like UML, BPMN, sentence templates, and GUI mockups - Support implementation through continuous requirements management and quality assurance - Assist product owners and project managers in release preparation and structuring - Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in close coordination with stakeholders - Define acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Owner and development team - Provide technical support to the development team during solution development - Work closely with the test and quality management teams to ensure requirements coverage - Facilitate workshops and presentations for requirements gathering and coordination Qualification Required: - Completed IT-oriented education (technical college, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consulting and the IT industry, OR at least 10 years of professional experience in consulting and the IT industry - Experience in telecommunication - Certification in requirements engineering (e.g., IREB CPRE) is advantageous - Practical experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe - Proficiency in creating user stories and use cases - Experience with requirements modeling tools like Enterprise Architect, Confluence, Jira - Strong communication and moderation skills - Structured, analytical approach to work with high-quality standards - Very good written and spoken German is a plus, while English proficiency is a must-have.,

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Requirements and Configuration and Problem-Risk-Change Management professional to join our electric mobility engineering team. The key responsibility for this role is to manage end-to-end lifecycle of requirements, configuration control and problem-risk-change management by ensuring alignment with ASPICE standards using tools like Polarion ALM. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Requirements Management Create and maintain project-specific Requirement Management Plans in alignment with ASPICE standards. Import, structure, and manage customer, stakeholder, and supplier requirements across all relevant domains (system, hardware, mechanical, production, etc.). Ensure alignment and traceability of requirements using Polarion ALM and report evaluation status. Support the implementation of ASPICE-compliant requirement processes and provide training to project members. Configuration Management Define, implement, and maintain configuration management processes according to ASPICE for electronics development. Configure Polarion ALM to manage documents, version control, and ensure traceability across work products. Enforce version integrity, baseline control, and process compliance across development and production assets. Problem, Risk Change Management Manage change requests, risks, and problems in compliance with ASPICE (SUP.9, SUP.10, MAN.5) using Polarion ALM. Ensure efficient workflows and traceability for PRCM activities through Polarion s automation features. Maintain alignment with ASPICE standards across change, problem, and risk management processes. Background Skills The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Electronics Communication, or Electrical Engineering. 10+ years of industry experience in requirements engineering, configuration, and PRCM. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving process ownership. Excellent communication skills for both internal coordination and customer-facing interactions. Strong facilitation and moderation skills to lead meetings and technical discussions. Assertive and confident in resolving issues and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support process and technical decisions.
