Job Description

In this role, you will support to Line Manager and assignee through assignment life cycle of planning, pre-assignment, during assignment and end of assignment with extensions/repatriation or localization and the applicable processes, engage with multiple internal and external stakeholder, handle query management on immigration support, payroll, taxation etc. You have: Bachelors degree possibly with MBA, 8 + years of experience Good knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools Handled Global Mobility processes /HR operations and should be able to resolve most of the queries Strong team player /Virtual working environment/culturally sensitive Strong communication, presentation and moderation skills. Should be self-confident and able to operate and deliver in ambiguous environments It would be nice if you also had: Understanding of international taxation Understanding of Expat compensation management Service mentality and excellent customer orientation skill Perform Individual contributor role, Support Transaction Excellence and Handle Case Management Perform end to end global mobility operations including writing emails, responding to phone calls, giving inputs to internal teams for data management Handle immigration and relocation support across the globe/region/countries Support Line Manager and assignee through assignment life cycle of planning, pre-assignment, during assignment and end of assignment with extensions/repatriation or localization and the applicable processes nuances Query management on immigration support, payroll, taxation etc. Manage vendors involved in the Global mobility process Preparing reports and related analysis of data, Manage Functional emails/queries on case management tool HR tools support to managers and employees, HR policy support and interpretation
