Global Mobility Manager

As the Global Mobility Manager at Intuit Management Consultancy in India, your primary role will be to drive Global Mobility strategies aligned with client objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in managing global mobility or international HR roles dealing with expatriate assignments. - Ability to articulate, present, and educate senior management on international assignment strategies and policies. - Experience in developing international assignment policies and practices, including segmented assignment policy approaches. - Proficiency in international assignment tax and social security compliance. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Background in supporting multiple locations and markets in a global organization. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Aptitude for navigating ambiguity and establishing structure when necessary.
