Serve as the primary liaison for divisions and countries on Global Mobility and Benefits matters, ensuring consistent implementation and execution of global policies. Collaborate on the development and refinement of policies and processes to support the companys HR and business strategy—aligned with desired market positioning, evolving employee demographics, and prevailing market practices.

Act as the primary point of contact for global mobility cases, including tax consultations, relocation services, and assignment of coordination

Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with global standards

Collaborate with global service providers and country HR teams to design and implement benefits programs tailored to local needs and global strategy

Ensure programs align with Sulzer’s employer branding and talent attraction goals

Conduct internal and external benchmarking of mobility and benefits policies

Analyze feedback and market trends to identify improvement opportunities

Develop and present strategic recommendations to enhance program effectiveness

Support the rollout of global compensation initiatives, including data gathering, analysis, and communication

Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives
