Job Description

Job Title: Global Leader-Solutioning

Experience: 20+ Years

Location: Noida/Gurugram

Contact:

We are seeking an experienced Global Solutioning Leader to drive cross-capability solution development and lead strategic client transitions in the P&C insurance domain. This dual-role position requires strong leadership in both solutioning and transition management to support business growth and ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of solutioning frameworks, tools, and strategies.
Drive end-to-end solutioning for client opportunities in partnership with sales, capability, and delivery teams.
Present tailored solutions to clients, highlighting value proposition.
Oversee smooth transition of client projects, ensuring timelines, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Define and track transition KPIs, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with global teams to meet client needs and continuously improve internal processes.

Required Experience & Skills:

20+ years in the P&C insurance industry with deep operational and domain knowledge.
Proven leadership in solutioning, pre-sales, and transition/project management.
Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Lean Six Sigma, project governance, and risk management preferred.
Established industry relationships and ability to drive revenue growth.
Prepared for extensive domestic and international travel at least 20% of the time.

Preferred Certifications:

CPCU, CIC, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent).
