Global Incentive Compensation Analyst - Plan Operations

You will be responsible for providing operational support for Salesforce's Worldwide Sales Incentives program as a Global Incentive Compensation Analyst on the Plan Operations team. Your primary role will involve processing and distributing incentive compensation plan documents for sales employees, ensuring accurate employee compensation information, and implementing process improvements to support the growing sales organization. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan details. - Navigate various Salesforce and compensation systems to compile all elements of compensation plan information into a single document. - Distribute incentive compensation plans to sales employees and ensure timely acceptance of plan documents. - Address questions and issues raised by sales employees regarding their compensation plans. - Collaborate with the Design and Operations Team to execute design and policy decisions, including new fiscal year and mid-year changes. - Work with cross-functional teams on projects to enhance process efficiencies. - Communicate business/operational needs to systems teams. - Provide expertise to enable business partners in relevant areas. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Project/Program Management, or Sales Compensation/Sales Operations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. - Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills with a process-oriented approach. - Experience in participating in and implementing process improvements. - Ability to manage programs and processes at a global level. - Familiarity with the Salesforce platform. - Effective time management skills and experience in meeting tight deadlines. - Proficiency in accurately compiling and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. - Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. - Experience with Tableau and SQL is a plus.
