This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving global growth, operational excellence, and commercial innovation.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Marketing:

    Lead global marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to shape go-to-market plans.
  • Sales Operations:

    Optimize inside sales performance, pipeline development, and sales process scalability.
  • RFP & Proposal Management:

    Oversee global proposal development, pricing models, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Salesforce (SFDC) Optimization:

    Own CRM strategy, drive adoption, and enhance data-driven decision-making.


🎯 What We’re Looking For:


  • 10+ years in strategic marketing, sales ops, or commercial excellence in pharma, biotech, or CDMO.
  • Proven global leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, proposal development, and inside sales.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
