Global Functions IT People Manager & GCC People Transformation Lead

Role Overview: As the Global Functions IT People Manager, you will serve as the People Business Partner for the Global Orbia IT Function, aligning People-related objectives with the IT Management Team and acting as a consultant on People-related issues. Additionally, as the GCC People Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing global people operations at the Orbia Global Capability Center in Pune, India. Key Responsibilities: - Align IT Function People objectives with the IT Management Team and provide consultation and coaching on People-related matters - Act as the People Business Partner for direct reports to the CIO - Oversee day-to-day People operations in Corporate IT, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and consistency across regions - Harmonize and consolidate People support for Corporate IT employees through Global Function People Specialists - Coordinate People support for Business Group IT employees in collaboration with the Business Group People Primus Inter Pares - Participate in and drive implementation of key People programs - Lead change management initiatives and ensure successful communication and implementation - Establish and manage partnerships across People functions to deliver value-added services to IT management and employees Qualifications Required: - More than 10 years of People Business Partner experience within the industry, supporting senior leaders at C-level - Masters or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proficiency in partnering with Senior Leaders on Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Executive Coaching - Deep understanding of Human Resource functional and technical areas such as compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and learning and development - Experience in Transformation/Change management, complex project management, and process improvements - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment - Excellent business literacy, interpersonal, Intercultural Transformation, and Change management skills - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal,
