In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to work with the CEO and Senior Management to shape and establish our financial planning, and operations, ensuring the company's long-term financial health and success, while also doing all the day-to-day financial operational tasks. As the senior Finance member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving the growth of the organization. What you will do: Plan and control books of Accounts of the company and ensure they are accurate and compliant with statutory requirements in the USA, Singapore, and India Oversee the operations in Account Receivable/Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax-related matters, statutory compliance, etc Provide clear visibility (dashboards, MIS) of yearly, quarterly, and monthly financials standing to various stakeholders like CEOs, Boards, and external agencies Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for expense and investment Support preparation of the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets at organizational and functional levels. Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances Manage external stakeholders, partners, and agencies e.g. Payroll partners, Banks, Legal advisors, Statutory offices of the Governments, etc What you must have: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7 - 12 years of experience in similar roles with small-medium sized companies or Technology Start-ups with global reach Expertise in Indian GAAP and working knowledge of global finance practices of the US or Singapore or any other country, region, or geography Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with.
